These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Faith Ubus Foundation website at www.faithubusfoundation.org (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site is operated by Faith Ubus Foundation, a non-profit organisation based in Lagos, Nigeria, serving communities in Lagos and Delta State. Its purpose is to share information about our mission, programmes, past outreaches, and ways to support our work. The Site is informational only; it is not a shop and does not offer accounts, logins, or online registration.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;

3. Donations

Donations to Faith Ubus Foundation are voluntary. Financial donations are made by direct bank transfer to the official account shown on our website; we do not collect card payments on the Site. In-kind (item) donations are arranged directly with our team. All donations are used at the Foundation's reasonable discretion to further our charitable programmes and general operations.

Because donations are gifts, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have made a payment in error, please contact us promptly and we will consider the matter in good faith.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is" and make no warranties that it is complete, current, or error-free. Photographs, figures, and descriptions of past outreaches are shared to reflect our work and may be updated over time.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content on this Site, including the Foundation's name, logo, text, and photographs of our outreaches, is the property of Faith Ubus Foundation or is used with permission. You may share links to the Site and refer to our work, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our logo or content for commercial purposes, or in any way that suggests endorsement, without our prior written permission.

All photographs and images on this Site are the exclusive copyright of Faith Ubus Foundation. You may not download, save, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or reuse any image from this Site, in whole or in part, by any means or for any purpose (including non-commercial use), without our prior written permission. This protects the dignity and privacy of the children, families, and communities shown in our photographs.

6. External links

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. We do not control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following such links is at your own discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Ubus Foundation will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on any information it contains. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
